The wait is over: the popular neurovascular coupling webinar that aired on November 3, 2022, is now available on demand. Barbara Lind (Assistant Professor at the University of Copenhagen) and Adrián Rodríguez-Contreras (Associate Professor at Northwestern University) share novel insights into the coupling between neuronal activity and the vasculature obtained via two-photon imaging of anesthetized and awake head-fixed mice. The latter was made possible by the Mobile HomeCage, a head-fixation system integrated with a 2D locomotion platform for mice.
